We are ISO 17100 certified which is the highest certification in the industry. This process ensures that your document is correct, delivered on time, and accurate.

  • Client Places Order - First, clients email us there document and we send them a quote by email. Our clients order by approving the quote we’ve emailed them.
  • Analysis of Documents - After the document is sent to us, we analyze it for proper assigning and specialization. To perform this we keep in mind the deadline, type of document, number of documents, target audience, and the format required.
  • Preparation of the documents – We use the analysis we’ve completed to prepare the source documents for translation. At this point, the document is converted into a format where it'll be suitable for translation tools. Computer Assisted Tool format (CAT).
  • Translation – our specialized translator will then translate and localize the document into the target language. Every translator has their own secondary check system they must follow to reduce errors in the review of their translation
  • Quality Control (QC) Process – Every document goes through our QC process which reviews the document and provides an accountability method for our translators work as well as suggestions/corrections needed.
  • Secondary Review– Every document then goes to the original translator for final implementation of corrections/suggestions before considering the document complete.
  • Formatting and DTP - The formatting process is done by our desktop publishing specialists so we can match the target document with the source document.
  • Finalization of Document - after the DTP specialist has completed their changes and updates the translator will review the document again to make sure that the DTP was implemented as needed.
  • Customer is happy and sends us another document for quotation/translation.
